Thank you for choosing PayXp Innovations for your management consulting, IT consulting, and digital advertising needs. We are committed to providing innovative and valuable services to our clients. We understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary, and we have established the following refund policy to address such situations while adhering to Indian government regulations.
1. Scope of Refund Policy
This refund policy applies to all services offered by PayXp Innovations, including but not limited to management consulting services, IT consulting and support services, and the sale of internet advertising space.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Management Consulting Services:
- Hourly Rates: No refunds will be provided for hours already worked by our consultants.
- Project-Based Fees: Refunds may be considered if the project is terminated before completion, subject to review and approval.
- Retainer Fees: No refunds will be provided for retainer fees paid in advance.
2.2 IT Consulting and Support Services:
- Service Fees: No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
- Ongoing Support Contracts: Refunds may be considered if the contract is terminated before its expiration date, subject to review and approval.
- Custom Software Solutions: Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to review and approval.
2.3 Sale of Internet Advertising Space:
- Cost-Per-Click (CPC) and Cost-Per-Impression (CPM): No refunds will be provided once advertisements have been displayed.
- Flat-Fee Basis: Refunds may be considered if the advertisement campaign is terminated before completion, subject to review and approval.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, clients must adhere to the following process:
- Submit a written refund request to [email protected]
- Include the reason for the refund request, along with any relevant documentation.
- PayXp Innovations will review the request and respond within 24 To 48 hours.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 Days.
4. Limitations and Exemptions
Please be aware of the following limitations and exemptions:
- Refunds will not be provided for services already consumed or completed.
- PayXp Innovations reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
- Refund decisions are at the discretion of PayXp Innovations.
5. Exemption for Modified Source Code
For website or software development services, PayXp Innovations will not accept refund requests if the following conditions are met:
- The service has been delivered, and the client has received the source code.
- Any modifications, alterations, or changes have been made to the original source code by the client or any third party.
- In cases of modified source code, no refunds will be provided, and any support or maintenance related to the modified code will be at the discretion of PayXp Innovations and may incur additional fees.
